About Payment Methods and Billing

Payment Method : Credit card payment is available.
Payment time : Payment will be confirmed when the  product is ordered.

Special provisions for returns

Please note that we canoot accept returns unless the item is defective.
For returns due to the customer oversight (e.g., wrong textile orders, color choice, etc.). the shipping fee will be paid for by the customer.
We manufacture and pack products with the utmost care, but in the unlikely event that there is a factory defect, we will promptly replace it with a new product.
Please contact us by email within 7 days after the item has arrived.

Shipping Date

We usually ship within 10 days of receiving your order. (This does not apply to pre-order products and made-to-order products)
In addition, regular delivery may differ on Sundays and holidays, Golden Week holidays, summer holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
* It may take some time to contact us on Sundays and holidays. Please note that we will arrange shipping for your order on the following business day (weekdays).
